We are seeking a strong Senior Salesforce Technical Architect for one of our top tier networking customers – Cisco Systems Inc., based in San Jose, California.
Job Location: Prefer resources to be in the Bay Area, California, but will consider resources that can work US Pacific Time Zone, but must be located in the US
Job Description:
- Architect and build innovative solutions on Community Cloud/Experience Cloud for Partner Relationship Management
- Interact with Business stakeholders, Analyze project requirements, guide/advice on right technical solutions
- Work with Development team to guide on best practices and build robust, scalable solutions on Community Cloud platform
- Communicate with a variety of business, technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Executive communications and executive presence
- Project management
Job Requirements:
- 12-15 years of overall IT experience out of which at least 7 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect working with Salesforce Community Cloud/Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience with large Salesforce implementation projects involving 50+ resources
- Strong hands-on development experience building products on Community Cloud, Sales Cloud
- Strong hands-on development experience with Lightning (LWC) platform
- Strong hands-on development experience using Einstein Analytics
- Experience building integrations with Salesforce and Mulesoft
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal), must be able to present to various audiences
Must have knowledge of these areas:
Salesforce Community Cloud (Experience Cloud), LWC (Lightning Web Component), integration with Mulesoft, Einstein Analytics, large salesforce implementation project experience
