POSITION: SENIOR OR MID-LEVEL SDET/ MOBILE APPLICATIONS
LOCATION: ALAMEDA, CA, CA APPLICANTS ONLY
ONSITE WORK REQUIRED(Day 1)


Looking for Senior or Mid-level Mobile Application QA Test Automation Engineer to work with a client located in Alameda, CA. In this position, you will be required to test mobile applications using Appiumand work collaboratively with the QA team to ensure the delivery of quality products and validation documentation in an efficient, timely manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Must have a background in white and black-box testing, and test automation of mobile applications and other.
  • Run tests of applications implemented onmobile (iOS and Android) platforms.
    Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects. During testing, analyze defects in order to assure quality and improve products.
  • Python, Java coding experience.
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail and technical specifications.
  • Must ensure the test process and documentation conforms to clients internal requirements.
  • Implementation of test tools and test processes as necessary.
  • BS or higher degree in computer science, information technology or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of solid software testing practices, methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA principles and Good Documentation Practices.
  • Experience testing FDA regulated applications a plus.
  • Experience with Blue Tooth, BLE is desired.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
