Location: Columbus, OH (Need Locals)

Visa: USC, GC, H4 EAD, TN, L2 EAD, OPT, CPT

Need Medicaid experience

Required Skills

7-8 years of experience with an advanced level understanding of BA professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices.
Understanding of the development lifecycle is necessary
Healthcare Insurance / Medicare / Medicaid Exp Mandatory
Advanced knowledge of Agile methodology
Convert the business expectations (scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
Prepare and maintain traceability matrix
Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills are a must
Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and the ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment
Strong relationship building and consulting skills. Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
Experience working with Agile development processes
