Job Description :

Note- candidate must have US citizen or Green card holder Or GC-EAD
 
What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences):
- Must be able to develop, code, configure, and test programs and systems using the following mainframe tools: TSO/Mainframe Navigation, JCL, DB2, ESP, and Cobal are required. SAS and would be preferred
* Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact and negotiation.
* Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
* Ability to apply engineering principles and concepts for designs.
* Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced
environment
- Knowledge of supporting purchased applications in a MS Windows Server environment will set the candidate apart from others. PREFERRED
Relevant work experiences:

* Previous experience in programming/software development. (5-10 years)
* Software development processes experience. (5-10 years)
* Participating in Agile Development (5-10 years)
* Experience working in an Agile Environment (5-10 years)
Education:
* Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
* Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
Additional Info:
- After Covid restrictions have been lifted this will be an Onsite position. Until then, a remote candidate will be considered only if they are willing to relocate at their own expense once a timeframe has been set for the work to be conducted onsite again.
-Hours: Core business hours for support: 8:00am-4:00pm US time (7:30-4:00, 8:00-4:30 are common work schedules)
