Job Description :

Day to Day duties:

  • Participation in new platform architecture development efforts 
  • Participation in improvements to existing .NET based platforms
  • Participation in the development of a web-based updated product for CVR States
  • Maintenance and support of Illinois Connect, Florida Connect, CIS and other .Net products
  • Debug and fix defects presented by customer support
  • Contributions to stories and epics for adding functionality to the Illinois, Florida and CIS projects built on the Edge Platform

  • Desired Skillset:

    • BSCS or equivalent plus 6 years experience or equivalent cumulative experience
    • Experience programming C# in a .NET environment
    • Experience programming JavaScript in a broadly used JavaScript framework
      • Hands on development on the JavaScript based front end to a large scale web-based product
      • Experience with broadly used JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, BackboneJS or React
    • Experience contributing to architectural development of a sophisticated API based front-end/back-end architecture
    • Conversant with development in both Windows and Linux
    • Conversant with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
    • Excellent software engineering and abstraction skills
    • Superior problem troubleshooting and resolution skills
    • Experience developing high volume transactional enterprise applications in a Windows server-based environment
