Job Description :

Budgeting & Planning   

 Participate in review of European Manufacturing budgets & LEs, ensuring that plant and global targets are met by exciting assumptions and spending priorities.   

  • Global roll up of Budgets and LEs for use in Division and our company reviews.   
  • Participate in the development of GSC Finance presentations for Senior Leadership at our company.   
  • Prepare consolidated Cost of Sales exhibit (Global Supply Chain budget book) for submission to NY.   
  • Submit timely and accurate MREs to the business to assist in decision making needed to hit Gross Profit targets.   
  • Prepare other budget exhibits and modeling as needed.   
  • Bridge P&L changes related to product costing, variances to Standard Cost and FTG.   
  • FTG - validate GSC savings database projects to P&L (firm & implemented + potential).   

Financial Close and Reporting   

 Complete monthly close responsibilities including pre-close review, journal entries and assessments as outlined in close check list.   

  • Consolidate GSC results for monthly reporting to our company, including GSC Summary, PPR, CFNs, Global OPR roll up, etc.   
  • Report and explain variances to standard and to budget/LE including the impact of capitalized variances.   

SOX and other Governance:   

 GSC Finance representative for annual SOX Program   

  • Performs SOX responsibilities as assigned by SOX Program Leader (Inventory Reviewer 2019).   
  • Quarterly access review for sensitive transactions in SAP (Expenditures 2019).   
  • Access enforcer for new GSC users and access requests.   

   

Global Supply Chain Peer support and other projects:   

Support Procurement Finance Manager by acting as a backup for required daily activities during times of leave and other projects as assigned to support business priorities within the department and overall business.   

Basic Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.   
  • 7+ years of proven experience in Accounting / Finance.
