SCOPE OF WORK:
The candidate must have a strong Microsoft .NET development background and experience with microservices. Experience using Visual Studio 2022, C#, ASP.NET Core 3.1 (and higher) and Microsoft SQL server is required. The position requires the ability to design and build new web-based applications and microservices that adhere to the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center coding standards and must comply with the Commonwealth’s Digital Accessibility Policy.
Mandatory Skill:
· Ability to provide architectural direction and technical leadership.
· Ability to create and design technical documentation to present to the Architect Review Team.
· Development of Information Technology Solutions 5+ years with C#, ASP.Net Core 3.1 (and higher), Visual Studio 2022 and Entity Framework (code first/database first)
· Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (creating tables, developing stored procedures, encrypting data
· Developing/consuming Web APIs and shared services
· Agile/Scrum Development Methodologies
· Manage work items and source code using Azure DevOps
· Excellent Communication Skills
Desired Skills:
Ability to setup and run SAST code scans using tools such as Veracode.
Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
