This change order will support 4 scrum teams running through the end of the contract in FY23.
Work in an Agile delivery team; present solutions per project defined increments to state product owner
Develop application & component strategy in line w/ the business strategy for one or more programs
Architect the development strategy for applications & components
Manage one or multiple development streams in line w/overall program(s) timing & milestones
Manage overall deployment plan; including the dev. plan & schedule
Implement & set security & data direction for the coding work
Understand business drivers that will impact performance
Communicate w/the technical architect any issues
Oversee & fix any defects or performance problems discovered in testing
Design, build, assemble, & configure application or technical architecture
