DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
Perform advanced automated systems development work in support of Vocational Rehabilitation software systems.  Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing, diagnosing and resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients.  Develops and tests web applications that meet design specifications, including accessibility and usability requirements. Documents current processes, reviews written specification additions/modifications and creates test cases for submitted defects involving new and modified program policies.  Analyze, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others. Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives. 

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years    Skills/Experience
8    Experience developing .NET web applications using Asp.Net MVC, C# and LINQ
8    Experience using SQL (Structured Query Language)
8           Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure TFS
8           Recent experience with Razor View Engine and/or Entity Framework
     5           Experience using Microfocus ALM Octane (Application Lifecycle Management)
     2           Experience with building Accessible web applications, .Net Core
Strong          Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, practices and techniques of   application programming and software design
Strong          Ability to accurately test software applications use a data driven development approach
Strong    Ability to effectively communicate
Strong    Skill in solving problems; in scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing programs; and in trouble    shooting computer software systems.  
Strong    Strong written and verbal communication skills to serve as a technical consultant to peers, clearly and accurately document relevant issues, and prepare accurate, concise, reliable reports
