Role: Senior Developer/Lead - Talend ETL

Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
Must Have:
· A good understanding of the concepts and best practices of data warehouse ETL design.
· Ability to follow functional ETL specifications and challenge business logic and schema design where appropriate, as well as manage their time effectively.
· Solid knowledge of basic relational database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server) and languages (PL/SQL, SQL)
· Strong experience working on Talend BigData 7.2.
· Strong understanding on Build, deploy, and run production jobs both batch and realtime
· Configure and use Talend Log Server to check the talend job logs to analyse errors
· Branching and Version Control for Projects
· Experience in migrating complex ETL jobs across environments
· Data Concepts (ETL, data structures, metadata and workflow management), SQL Query tuning
· Improve the performance of Talend job - redundant rows/columns using tFilterRows/tFilterColumns component
· Database Bulk components & splitting Talend Job into the smaller Subjobs
· Jira,user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review & retrospective
Nice to Have:
Google Cloud, Firestore, Pub-sub, KMS, oAuth, google API''s, tJSON,data encryption (rest & transit), Barricade,AES
Hands on Experience in Talend Administration, Installing and configuring the TAC database
Configuring TAC and Job Servers, Activity Monitoring Console (AMC)
Experience in Deploying Jobs using Nexus artifact repository, CI/CD - Jenkins , GIT,Bitbucket, Fortify code scans
Unix/Linux / Windows Command line utilities, shell scripting
Need experience in Design & Architecture for ETL, Master Data Management, Talend tool expertise(minimum 400/900 data connectors)
