Data Lead; ERP Conversion Opportunity:
The mission of the Unify transformational program is to design common enterprise-wide business processes, data and systems within common enterprise platforms (Oracle and Maximo) to simplify, standardize and automate across finance, supply chain, and asset & work management. The Data Lead provides leadership, expertise and support to the work-stream data leads in data quality and conversion. Additionally, Data Lead will track, report and solution (as necessary) data creation, cleansing, conversion and governance.
Key Notes:
* Should be at least 18 months, with a possibility of going perm or extend well beyond
* ERP conversion experience, prefer Maximo, SAP and Oracle experience
* Senior level strategic Data consultant - Director level
* Build processes for ALL data procedures

Data Lead; ERP Conversion Job Details:
Plan, articulate and communicate the overall data approach for in scope projects
Ensure key stakeholder engagement throughout the project data lifecycle
Manage overall data readiness scope and deliverables to meet program timelines and key dates
Identify overall data readiness issues and challenges, plan and execute resolution and escalate as required
Facilitate and drive resolution of conflicts across multiple projects with respect to requirements and process
Provide guidance to data resource functional leads and external teams for data profiling, collection, cleansing and validation
Drive data conversion processes across entire data lifecycle to meet program timelines and key dates
Identify data readiness opportunities for optimization and execution in order to maximize efficiencies
Track data readiness metrics
Provide project status to leadership and stakeholders
Mentor and coach data readiness team members
Develop the internal data expertise capabilities in the team/organization
Participate in the definition of org-level scope and scope determination criteria
Coach on process and tools usage
Define/Manage the entry and exit criteria for quality assurance and alignment to program timelines
Provide Data Readiness status to PMO with respect to readiness prior to test cycles and production (go/no-go)
Define and refine the data governance process
Review/Approve/Reject data related enhancement requests
Create/Publish Data Readiness Training
Manage the global validation process
Participate in the Business Implementation network
Drive dual data maintenance communications, preparation and execution
Provide support to global data owners and business/regional data leads
Schedule and facilitate regular project status meetings with data team to review progress, resolve issues, identify risks, plan future tasks and required resourcing. Data Lead will provide direct oversight to the data quality and conversion teams under each of the Unify work-streams. The Data Lead interfaces with the Unify Executive leadership team to escalate issues and ensure project aligns with Unify objectives. The Data Lead serves as the main point of contact for PMO and OCM teams.

Data Lead; ERP Conversion Required Skills:
Related university degree in Business or Technology
10+ years of directly related experience with data transformation on large enterprise programs with complex
Willing to challenge the status quo push the teams to think beyond the way things are to the art of the possible and embrace new ways of doing things
Proven interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influence skills applied with technical, operational, functional and executive level personnel
Able to understand the enterprise wide and Business Unit specific requirements
Strong project management skills and effective execution skills to ensure successful delivery / implementation
