Job description: This is a senior role, for a highly seasoned data-engineers, with high visibility to senior management on critical revenue generating platforms and projects.
1. Cannot be a junior candidate. Must have at least 12-15 years of experience and is seasoned from an engineering background.
2. Solid understanding and knowledge of distributed systems, parallel programming
3. Extremely strong Core Java fundamentals and algorithms
4. Demonstrated experience in Spark is a must
5. Experience on Kafka for messaging is a must
6. Experience on SQL queries
7. Experience with Cassandra, MongoDB or other No-SQL DB’s
