Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Assesses and/or formulating strategic and/or tactical plans based on company business initiatives. 2) Manages large and important projects affecting business units across the Company. 3) Prepare detail plans, detail schedules, resource allocation and assignment, critical path analysis, methodology, coordination within all IT functions, and conducting budget analyses. 4) May be involved in user requirement definition, recommending business solutions/alternatives, assisting in RFP development and evaluations, and assisting clients in defining new services that ride on new technologies. 5) May also be responsible for analysis of existing business processes, design and implementation of streamlined processes and leading client organizations in the identification, planning and implementation of business process solutions. 6) Works as a liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert on the business processes they represent. 7) May coordinate, evaluate, and partner with technology vendors and outside consultants as needed.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Establish critical NFRs at the solution level, participate in the definition of others. Create and enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline including Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the system solution and explore alternatives; Develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business features and capabilities. To develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of Omni-Channel Analytics platform enablers; Participate in feature and sprint planning, system and solution demos, retrospective workshops; Understand technical characteristics of and assist with architectural integration of components, systems, and platforms.
Managing Analytics Product and Tag management Release across Client's Consumer experiences
Works directly with the client user community and business analysts to define and document data requirements for data integration and business intelligence applications. Determines and documents data mapping rules for movement of medium to high complexity data between applications. Adheres to and promotes the use of data administration standards. Supports data selection, extraction, and cleansing for corporate applications, including data warehouse and data marts. Creates and sustains processes, tools, and on-going support structures and processes. Extracts and analyzes data from specific applications, systems and/or databases to create analytics and provide recommendations based on the analysis of the data. Investigates and resolves data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format, and function. Creates and populates meta-data into repositories. May create data models, including robust data definitions, which may be entity- relationship-attribute models, or dimensional models. May also create data flow diagrams and process models and integrates models across functional areas and platforms. Works closely with DBAs to transition logical models to physical implementation. May be responsible for employing data mining techniques to achieve data synchronization, redundancy elimination, source identification, data reconciliation, and problem root cause analysis. May also be responsible for quality control and auditing of databases, resolving data problems, and analyzing system changes for quality assurance. Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on client technologies.
Position Summary:

• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI and any other data visualization tools
• Manage to Data Engineering deliverables across A e Analytics/Datamart Data Governance activities and Client Communications
• Work with Agile team and create the Scrum team strategy roadmap, develop minimal viable product and Agile features and stories that drive a highly effective and efficient project development and delivery Scrum team.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Analytics Visualization and data modeling
• Acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across teams and organization
• Data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts.
• Work effectively with the technical/development team and help them understand the specifications/requirements for technical development, testing and implementation.
• Identify test scenarios, write test scripts, and execute testing in support of system and user acceptance testing.
• Participate in an Agile Scrum team, write/enhance/research user stories and be responsible as technical business lead and subject matter expert.
