Healthcare experience will not work for this position.We need someone with Pharma/CRO industry experience
Sr. Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in clinical development function of pharma/CRO Industry (at least 8 years if possible)
Strong experience in working with CROs in clinical trials with deep understanding of clinical, diagnostics, lab data and data from external data sources including EMR, prescription and claim data

Roles and Responsibilities :-
A seasoned Sr. Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in clinical development function of pharma/CRO Industry.
Strong experience in working with CROs in clinical trials with deep understanding of clinical, diagnostics, lab data and data from external data sources including EMR, prescription and claim data
Strong functional knowledge of clinical operations, especially in the areas of patient, site, investigators identification & recruitment and associated challenges and solutions
Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical business functions and technologies with an ability to fill the gap between business users and technologists
Ability to understand large complex processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong project management, technical writing skills, analytical skills and hands-on GxP validation experience
Strong presentation, technical writing skills, analytical skills and hands-on GxP validation and compliance experience
Strong networking skills, being proactive, motivational with the ability to work independently as well as have ability/willingness to work in a global environment.
