Job Description:
Gathering, documenting, and integrating requirements and information with to complex business processes and or systems from the various business units.
Meet with users to map business processes and software requirements, generate requirements documents and matrices, conduct impact and change control analyses, and assist in testing.
Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submit recommendations for solution.
Responsible for producing deliverables related to the project assigned and post implementation support and system enhancements.
Maintain updated documentation on applications.
Lead the preparation of the testing strategy and Test plans, cases, and procedures.
Verify testing output to ensure it meets the defined business requirements.

Qualifications:
Experience working directly with other Business Subject Matter Experts, Business Requirements Analysts, and Developers in a fast-paced environment
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a business or related systems analysis role.
Candidate should have demonstrated experience and skills in solution analysis and process definition in the following areas:
Gathering requirements from users requirements facilitation skills for group meetings, tracing requirements through SDLC, requirements and system impact analysis, COTS parameterization and implementation experience,
Documenting data migration and data conversion requirements
Demonstrated skills and experience in the following areas is required:
Strong BI Skills(PBI, WEBI)
Strong SQL skills (expert level)
Data analysis
Data modeling
Project experience with following technologies is highly desirable:
Reporting
PBI Report Building
MS Office and SharePoint
Agile Methodology
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, are required.
General project management skills are also required.
