Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of quality assurance and test engineering experience.
• Experience in Java & Groovy coding language.
• Experience in building an automated test framework from ground up
• Experience in testing and debugging external customer facing web applications
• Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience.
• Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and execution, performance, and stress testing, implementing, and maintaining quality test automation of both client and server systems.
• Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools (e.g., Katalon, Selenium, Rest Assured) & automation frameworks.
• Experience in managing black box and white box testing.
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute test strategy for post order management experience
- Lead Quality assurance efforts that aligns with product objectives and develop scalable solutions
- Help tackle cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute creative ideas to the improve quality
- Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product.
- Partner with product & analytic teams to prioritize different test plans & reporting defects with right severity
- Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of product.
- Partner with product support & cross platform engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Review requirements and writing, updating test cases, troubleshooting defects, and analyzing test results.
2) Execute test cases, logging defects, triaging defects, and testing multiple mobile devices. Reporting status to Test lead and Test Mgr.
3) Act as sub-lead for specific functional areas of a project or multiple concurrent projects.
4) Participate in test planning and in testing activities on multiple devices for multiple projects.
5) Testing - review requirements, analyzing requirements, determining testing needs, writing, and reviewing test cases, running test cases, troubleshooting, logging, and regressing defects and analyzing test results; point of escalation for team members and will work closely with project stakeholders.
