Job Description:
Main support functions for CyberArk Privileged Access Management:
Configuration and support of the following CyberArk components:
8x5xNBD support with on call support for major incidents related to the service offering
Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
Safe support: adds, changes, removal of safes per the client requests
Moving accounts between safes
Customization of accounts per requests
Managing the accounts list: provisioning, modifications, deletions
Supporting disaster recovery features
Service account management
Reporting and auditing functions such as:
Inspecting safe activity, clearing history, alert notification remediation
Generating reports in the PVWA
Being client facing and representing Client and the Cybersecurity organization
