Security Business Analyst
Location: Cupertino CA 95014
Duration: 12+ Months, 40hr/week
Description:
The WW Decision Support(DS) team is looking for a Security Business Analyst who has experience with project management and data analysis/reporting to support security administration tasks, DS daily activities and help improve the existing security process. This role is critical to ensuring compliance and protection of DS data assets.
The Security Business Analyst will support:
Management and administration of information security includes, databases, web applications and reports.
Receive access request and follow up with correct approves to grant access to requested data/systems.
Document security process, procedures and standards.
Project support with IT and business initiatives requiring security.
Managing user accounts, permissions and emails.
Work alongside WW DS team to support activities as needed.
Track security requests from receipt to completion.
Create metrics in Excel to show volume of requests and cycle time.
Audit access based on roles and responsibilities.
Support other daily activities within the WW Decision Support team - such as creation of standard reports, data analysis.
Support other administrative and coordination tasks within WWDS - such as resource and task tracking, managing ad-hoc data requests, etc.
Key Qualifications:
1-3 years relevant experience.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience with standard BI and reporting tools such as Business Objects.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with data analysis and project management.
Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and handle the pressure of last minute requests with little to no supervision.
Prior experience with security administration.
BS or equivalent, MS preferred.
