Looking for someone with strong java programming skills and working on the cucumber framework in recent roles. Client is lining up interviews ASAP! Things You'll Do Partner with engineering, business and consumers to review technical, system and business requirements. Design, develop and maintain scalable automated test suites and test frameworks Write maintainable and efficient automated tests within existing test framework Research, share, and recommend new technologies, best practices, and trends Perform backend database verifications Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed Experience You Need Hands-on experience with licensed tools and/or open Source such as Selenium WebDriver, Ready API, restAssured, Maven, Cucumber, Gherkin, Sauce Labs, Appium. Build and maintain API automated testing of RESTFul webservices, UI automation, test data preparation and data driven testing. Application coding experience in Java and Spring boot to develop microservices. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins to establish continuous test cycle. Experience with cross browser compatibility testing of web applications knowledge of development tools to troubleshoot web-based applications Experience with SQL and popular databases (Postgres, MySql, Oracle etc) Experience working with local and remote teams on large-scale projects Required Skills : Java Engineer Background (either transitioned from Java Engineer to SDET or SDET to Java Engineer- this is an absolute MUST) BDD Cucumber Automation focus with some Manual Basic Qualification : Java Engineer Background (either transitioned from Java Engineer to SDET or SDET to Java Engineer- this is an absolute MUST) 8-12 years experience (cannot go below or above) Candidates must be local to CALIFORNIA (preferably Los Angeles) If you are interested, can you please send an email
