Job Title : AWS Cloud Engineer Location: Chicago, IL Duration: Contract Job Description: Servant Leader; Mentor; Agile Coach Provides tactical direction and oversight of project plans Holds project teams accountable to critical path key milestone activities aligned to roadmaps Accountable for the Scrum framework and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection, and adaptation Participates in scrum events; including facilitation to ensure full team engagement Shields the team from external interference &d ensures the team is fully productive Servant leader that fosters a self-organizing team Holds scrum teams accountable to critical path key milestone activities aligned to roadmaps, including tracking status of interdependencies for project Identify, escalate, and follow through on any impediments to allow the team to focus on development Maintains budget, manages issues & risks, monitors project status, provides status reporting & documentation, plans project resources and maintains constant communication with key stakeholders Ensure KPI/ Metric data is established prior to GO LIVE Facilitates and coordinates completion of key PPL process included, but not limited SOX 5059 form, NTAP, Security Compliance Assessment Responsible for governance process Business case submission, submitting PCRs Submits resource requests & supports onboarding activities of vendors, including SRS tickets for project support Facilitates GO/NO GO Management calls & supports & coordinates deployment activities (including change management readiness)
