Title : Scrum Master
Location: Chicago, IL / Richardson, TX (Remote till Covid Restrictions)
Experience: 10 – 15 Years
Required Skills - Portfolio & Project MGMT (PPM)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coach and help teams understand scrum processes
- Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly
- Enable Process adherence within the teams
- Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning updating prioritizing and refining backlogs.
- Support design development and delivery of a practical hands-on coaching and mentoring environment in helping client and Cognizant development teams to become more ‘Agile’.
- Excellent organizational skills communication skills and attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
- Work independently and bring thought leadership to bear in order to identify root cause of the issue .
