Location: This is initially remote due to COVID but will be onsite in any of these locations, you can choose any one location (MINNEAPOLIS, MN / SAN FRANCISCO, CA / Concord, CA / Chicago, IL / Irving, TX / NYC, NY)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

Required Skills/Knowledge:

· Strong knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification a plus

· Knowledge of scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and other Agile frameworks Comfort with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MURAL is a plus

· Experience with distributed teams, in multiple time zones is a plus

· Great teammate - should be ready to go beyond to help the immediate team and do not be averse to not shy away from asking for help if needed.

· Eagerness to learn new ways of working and bring new ideas to the table

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· 5 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master

· 5 or more years of experience in related field
