Planning the IT release calendar in working closely with Product Owners and Tech managers ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Understand the current Governance structure and third party teams ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Creating and managing the Release Calendar.?? Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Creating and managing Deployment calendar ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Manage and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Responsible for setting up the release cadence and managing release processes for code through development, test, and production environments. Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Coordinating with different stakeholders for getting required signoffs and working with them to coordinate and reduce the dependencies. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Release documentation ??? should have all the artifacts documented for each Release, Signoff reports, approvals from all stakeholders , etc ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Produce Deployment, Run Book and Implementation Plans ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Weekly Release Reporting ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Continually work towards making improvements in the release process ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Participate in meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Enable behavioral and culture dynamics for higher agility ?? Technical Skills: ???? ?? ?? ?? ????JIRA ???? ?? ?? ?? ????Confluence ???? ?? ?? ?? ????Good understanding on SDLC ???? ?? ?? ?? ????Good to have knowledge of release and project management. ???? ?? ?? ?? ????Good Knowledge in Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Stocks and Trading. ?? Process Skills: ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Helping the team to perform reliable story points estimated. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Extending support to product owner for writing and prioritizing the product back log ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Facilitating and driving Scrum Ceremonies ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Good Experience in Interaction with Project Stakeholders. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Understand the impediments in the scrum teams analyze and resolve effectively. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Encouraging the use of Agile Engineering Practices within the development team ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Understand the Key metrics for project performance measurement in agile environment. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Keep the project align with account level agile rollout drive. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Ensure definition and adherence to DoDs/Deliverables. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Ensuring the team to deliver the sprint goal/deliverables committed for the sprint. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Ensure alignment to account level agile implementation drive. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Generate the status reports and circulates to the required stakeholders regularly. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Encourage and guide the team to continuously improve. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Enable behavioral and culture dynamics for higher agility. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Knowledge of Kanban/Scrum ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Good to have knowledge on DevOps/Continuous Delivery methodologies ?? ?? ?? Behavioral Skills: Resolve conflicts. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Train and coach / mentor members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Shop floor work experience of facilitating multiple geographically distributed scrum teams. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Good understanding of agile processes and execution. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Powerful verbal, communication, relationship-building skills. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Ability to understand client???s business organization. ???? ?? ?? ?? ??Experience in motivating and leading multi-cultural, cross-functional teams. ?? ??Qualification: ???? ?? ?? ?? ????Professional experience of?? 12+ years, who has at least 5+ years of work experience in Scrum Master ???? ?? ?? ?? ????Education qualification: MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college??
