Role: SCRUM MASTER WITH SALESFORCE Vendor/Client: APEX/ALTRIA Duration: 6+MONTHS Location: 100%Remote ? This resource should have good scrum experience on projects related to Salesforce, and experienced with offshore and onshore teams ? 3 week sprints Knowledge, Skills and Abilities ? ? Holds product teams accountable to critical path key milestone activities aligned to roadmaps, including tracking status of interdependencies for project ? Manages issues & risks, monitors project status, provides status reporting & documentation and maintains constant communication with key stakeholders Identifies, escalates, and follows through on any impediments to allow the team to focus on development to ensure team is fully productive ? Captures notes/ action items from Scrum Events and/or critical project/ initiative meetings (examples include, but not limited to vendor meetings, Steering Committee Meetings, etc.) Implement Value ? Tracking Metrics Velocity Estimation, Sprint Burn Down, Release Burn Up. Job Responsibilities ? ? Servant leader that fosters a self-organizing team ? Management calls and supports/coordinates deployment activities (including change management readiness) ? Responsible for the traditional Scrum Master responsibilities in facilitating Scrum Events, coaching team, removing impediments, reviewing metrics, with a project management aspect to the job as well and advanced Scrum Master ? Acts as a mentor and coach to product team, with the Scrum Master having a sense of ownership over the project/ initiative Accountable for the Scrum framework Supports transparency, inspection, and adaptation Facilitates scrum events to ensure full team engagement ? Establishes team norms and agreements, sprint cadence, adherence to Agile principles, including oversight of technical debt and defect management Sets up Agile Artifacts ?
