Job Description :
Required
Minimum 5 years’ of experience in an agile development environment as a Scrum Master.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Proficient in documenting and tracking reported issues using Software tracking system (IE. Jira & Confluence)
Proven success in delivering projects within specified timeframes
Proven solving skills from problem assessment to solution
Ability to identify alternatives and make define a contingency plan
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Fearless communication with excellent verbal & written capabilities
Interpersonal skills including listening, patience, reflecting and sharing
Knowledge of Agile / Scrum approaches
