o Conduct scrum meetings
o Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove the impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
o Monitor Project/team performance through quantitative and qualitative measure of value, outcome, velocity, morale and satisfaction.
o Develop, Implement and promote agile best practice standards including the use of board and tooled where appropriate.
o Coordinate between and among agile teams for progress and impediments via scrum of scrums and project management oversight
o Create reports and publish to the stakeholders
