Description:
Note: Experience should be 3 to 8 years' & Automotive industry experience is mandatory.
Role Overview: As a Scrum Master, this individual will be responsible for multiple working teams and have responsibilities in Agile Project Management, Program Management, and Architecture & Software Platform Support.
Role Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master to multiple working teams
• Lead agile ceremonies and team meeting cadences (Demos, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming/Refinement, etc.)
• Support delivery reviews for robustness, completeness, and accuracy
• Support user story creation
• Create, maintain, and track projects within JIRA
• Support process engineers by maintaining vehicle programs timing documents in SharePoint
• Drive transparent communications and accountability by following up on key tasks and providing relevant reminders
• Act as Documentation and Configuration Manager
• Deliver corporate template updates as needed
Set-up and maintain project settings Dashboard
• Create and support identified process improvements
• Support the Lessons Learned Team
• Collaborate with other scrum masters in scrum of scrum ceremonies
• Use JIRA ALIGN to track dependencies between JIRA projects

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience in project management and understanding of formalized PM methodologies
• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Professional experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledgeable with the Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint
• Proven experience creating and maintaining dashboards
• Process improvement experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
• Working knowledge of various Agile techniques such as user stories, continuous integration
• Strong experience presenting to executives

• Demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical
