SCRA/Retail Banking: Manager
Performs a variety of Managerial duties to assist the Bank program requirements. without supervision and independently performs work assignments and provides problem resolution. Provides appropriate coaching and Feedback for team members improvements and progress. Participates in the development and implementation project and people related initiatives. To assist the team in providing Banking related trainings. Exposure to SCRA is preferrable. Should be a strong communicator and leader in driving the team to success.
Tasks:
Manages the daily operations of the Team volumes, workflow, operational queues and provide on-going coaching, guidance, and training
Oversee the team’s attendance and timesheet approvals
Serves as a primary resource to team members on escalated issues and provides coaching and feedback to the team
Responsible for management functions including new employee selection/replacement, employee development, performance evaluation and corrective/development action plans
Creates and implements unit objectives and policies and procedures to meet organizational goals and objectives aligning with customer priorities
Collaborate with customer executives to provide superior service
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree
6 years’ experience in addition to the number of years’ experience required can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Minimum Experience
4 or more years Banking experience
Knowledge of Retail Bank and all Lending products in Banking
Strong written and oral communication skills Should have experience in managing a Team
