Position : SCCM Architect/Lead
Location : Irving, TX (onsite post COVID)
Experience: 10 Years
Must Have skills:
- Experience of creating and troubleshooting SCCM/MECM Task Sequences, Driver Packages, Software Packages and Application Packages.
- Experience in the use of the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to create and capture custom OS image WIMs.
- Extensive experience of supporting Windows 10 desktop environments.
Job Description:
· Should have strong knowledge on SCCM Experience in design, installation and configuration and administration of Microsoft System Configuration Manager
CAS /Primary Site Infrastructure Management.
· Maintaining managing point and distribution point Servers and Support peer-to-peer data distribution.
· Maintain MSSQL server replication, backup jobs, rebuild index.
· Monitor load balance and performance tuning and Client Connect Performance management
· Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards for purposes of identifying and remediating issues
· Analysis of problems with the existing infrastructure and work with the vendor support for RCA and resolutions.
· Reports of Key Performance Indicators for the Infrastructure.
· Primary site /Secondary site Reporting Management.
· Updating services, Management point, and Fallback status point.
· Deploying Fixes and Maintaining the Infrastructure as per Customer Standards – To build custom reporting for management.
· Expert in WSUS /SUP solution for Microsoft Security Patch Compliance.
· SOP creation to enhance efficiency across the team on SCCM related activities.
· Knowledge in SDK to write application programs, PowerShell scripting, customized report.
· Maintain Applications dev, UAT and PROD infrastructure
· Knowledge on Adaptiva will be an added advantage
