· Minimum 8 years of experience in a full cycle Implementation, Rollouts, Application Support as well as system integration projects.
· Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
· Provide SD expertise to confirm/develop/test business requirements in support of upgrade
· Service based Billing experience (where it is the resources and not products being sold)
· Experience in Resource-Related Billing
· Customization and configuration of Order Management, Order Types, Contracts, Rebate Agreements, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Availability Check/Transfer of Requirements, Pricing, Copy Controls, Incompletion Procedure, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition, Account Determination and LIS.
· Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
