Job Description:
Focus of training is updating and localizing training material (have a base to work off of with Global material already created)
Also will be doing TTT activities and getting the SME/BPO up to speed to train at the locations. Will be doing Region roll outs so the material will be updated by REGION with Appendixes to be added for any "extreme" localization to be added by country.
Need to have hands on training experience and functional process knowledge of the area in questions/ that they are interview for. We are NOT looking for a functional consultant but the more capable the better. They will tech them in interviews.
