Desired Experience Range 6+ years SAP, 3 + years Domain
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have 1. 6+ years of SAP experience and 3+ years of good domain experience in manufacturing
2. Two E2E Implementations projects in SAP
3. PP skills with Discrete, Repetitive manufacturing and VC
4. QM skills with Incoming, in process, outgoing and returns Inspection
5. Skills related to PPQM master data, SAP batch Jobs, ABAP Debugging
6. Analytical skills with business domain knowledge
Good-to-Have 1. SAP Project Management Experience
2. Effective Communication Skills
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Work with Business Users and SAP Team & participate in the design of a solution
2 Managing the data mapping/preparation, score-carding, validating for the data elements within the function
3 Conduct Training for Super Users and Drive Process Testing
4 Report-out on specific tasks through each toll gate
5 Ensuring that any functional gaps (enhancements/config) are defined and being executed by the tech team, security roles are correctly assigned, any infrastructure (Printers, Scanners etc.,) are being progressed, and form changes being completed etc.
