Job title: SAP MII Developer Location: St Paul, MN Duration: Long term Techno-Functional Consultant with the following experience 8+ years of Design and Implementation experience in SAP MII Must have participated in at least 2-3 successful MII implementation Functional knowledge on Discrete/Batch/Process industry processes Design MII based solutions Technical skills well versed with all components of SAP MII workbench and Business logic services(BLS) Web development with an emphasis on Java Script SAP UI5, SAP PCo Database SQL or Oracle Desired Skills Shop Floor experience in PI Historian, PLC, SCADA etc. Exposure to areas of SAP which include PP, QM, PM & MM Historian experience preferred ITIL process Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver Appliication server and UME Any Incident Management tool Experience in scoping, requirements gathering/definition Proven record of interacting with the functional teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people Proven conflict resolution skills Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment Experienced working with ambiguity Strong problem solving/decision-making skills Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues
