Client is working with integration partners to implement SAP’s Integrated Business Planning application for developing business process and systems solution in the areas of:
Demand Planning
Sales and Operation Planning
Operational and Tactical Supply Planning for Finished Goods
IBP Techno / Functional Analyst is a key role part of the implementation project and will provide ongoing support after implementation phase.
A driven and motivated SAP Business Systems Analyst with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) specific experience and knowledge.
This position provides an exciting opportunity for a self-directed individual with strong, hands-on demand planning, supply chain / logistics and sales & operations SAP development and configuration experience
Responsibilities include
Implementation & maintenance of the IBP system
Managing configuration and integration tasks including modeling of the IBP system
Functional & technical specification for the required changes
Trouble shooting for any system issues
Coordinate with business and other IT teams to enable productive use of Planning Systems
Required Qualifications:
Driven and motivated analyst with a minimum of 4+ years of working experience of SAP IBP Demand, S&OP, Supply & Respond Modules and SAP SAC Planning Tools is required
1+ full cycle implementation of S&OP process on SAP IBP platform is required
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field and 10+ years of IT experience in progressive IT roles; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
CPI-DS experience is required
Experience with analytics tools is required.
Knowledge of the S&OP best practices, KPIs, tools / software is required
Strong communications, influencing, and partnering skills
Nice to have
Previous experience with SAP APO Demand Planning
Conversant with the latest technological applications (RPA, Machine Learnings, OCR, etc.) in the relevant line of business areas
Experience with business process optimization methodologies & approaches preferred
Broad business applications experience preferably in the Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Supply Planning and Order Fulfilment areas
Proven Agile project management experience working with mid-sized projects
People management and development experience
Ability to work with senior business leaders and executives
