Job Description :
SAP functional & Solution Architect Consultant ECC (FI, SD, IM and CS) & HANA experience preferred -

The candidates will be responsible for supporting and implement SAP IM, OTC, CS ,P2P and SCM functionality.
The candidate must have excellent work experience in area Inventory Management, Warehouse functionality, Sales & Distribution. In addition must be similar with Retail Industry experience.
Individual will be responsible for requirements gathering, analysis, process design, configuration, integration, testing and support.
He/she will work with business and IT teams to ensure business information requirements and system development goals are achieved.
S4 Hana Finance and simple logistics experience is preferred.
Functional capabilities include: - IS-Retail experience is must –
Define and design need Org structure for Inventory Management, OTC and SCM business Processes –
Ability to identify and configure needed Master data objects to suit business requirement and support transaction data processing –
Hands on experience in configuring needed movements types, Account determination and Account assignment to meet and support needed inventory and accounting posting –
Cross Channel Order Fulfillment - Available to Promise (ATP) - Stock Pools & Allocations - STO and related logistics execution - Split valuation - Purchase Orders, Invoicing - Serialization and Cost Tracking - IM and Finance integration. _ Equipment Management - IDOC configuration experience related to IM, SD and Master data –
Good working experience and configuration in handling serialization configuration, refurbishment process, serialization conversion and Reverse logistics - Review and recommend best solution or root cause of software issues to development team for updating programming code or database information, using strong Functional analytical skills and knowledge of SAP application to troubleshoot design issues. –
Provides and recommends best practices to optimize integration with the current systems using knowledge of SAP application. –
Extensive knowledge on middleware PO/PI and work with technical team in rendering business solution Understanding ABAP code and debug would be helpful

Responsibilities: - -

Work closely with business partners to facilitate solution design and development. –
Configuration and documentation of new design.
Develop proof of concept business processes. –
Support the development and executing the unit testing, integration and regression testing. - -

Must have special skill to push SAP best practice business solution –
Lead production support and/or business operations support. –
Develop and administer user support documentation.
Provide training and support to end users. –
Document and manage changes made to productions systems via change control process. - -
Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Qualifications –
Must have multiple SAP full cycle implementation experience.FI, SD, IM and/or ABAP experience is a plus. –
Strong experience with integrated solution and delivery experience in SAP IS-Retail.
Strong knowledge of SAP roadmap in IS-retail is preferred. –
Ability to present solution options with pros and cons.
Demonstrate ability to manage risk and design for resiliency. –
Ability to work with users to resolve issues and convert business requirements into technical solutions. –
Experience with DevOps and Agile - Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations –
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines. –
Problem solving skills and Solution creativity desired. –
Strong experience in related industries telecommunications, technology products and consumer retail –
Supply Chain Management Certifications is a plus –
Strong knowledge of business operations of supply chain in large scale organizations is a plus
