Job Title: SAP Business One Guadalajara, Mexico Full Time Client: HCL Mexico SAP BUSINESS ONE 10-12 years of experience Deep understanding of SAP B1 Experience in managing integration of SAP B1 with other applications Experience in Retail industry Preferred knowledge of POS applications in retail store and its integration with SAP B1 Understanding of SLA based support model Manage delivery of services on a day-to-day basis Drive resolution of escalated issues Ensure compliance with security practices, guidelines, and relevant technology standard Coordinate and mediate vendor delivery issues Oversee root cause analysis for recurring issues Manage problem and defect resolution Communicate and collaborate with stake holders on incident and service request, showing progress and trends Broker effective communications and collaboration between vendors, technical teams, partners and business to ensure on target delivery. Develop and maintain mutually beneficial trusted relationships with service partners, vendors and the business. Collaborate with other teams/leaders to ensure the needs of the business are understood and successfully delivered to.
