Title: SAP BASIS Specialist (CHaRM & PI/PO) [XTG_73568_7543]
Location: (100% Remote Job)
Type: 8+ Months Contract
Qualifications:
- Must have 12+ years of SAP Basis Administration experience
- Must have significant experience with ECC supporting large project development effort.
- Must have basis PI/PO experience
- Support PO development team with creating technical / business systems
- Assist in setting up key exchanges with 3rd parties such as JP Morgan Chase
- Assist development team with transporting PO objects between dev/qa/prod environments
- Knowledge in configuring CTS+ so that PO transports can be moved via ChaRM workflows
- Setup inbound internet connectivity via reverse proxy for external connections coming into PO
- Must have experience with SAP Solution Manager ChaRM
- Experience supporting systems running in an AWS cloud environment would be helpful but not required
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting SAP NetWeaver J2EE / ABAP stacks running on an AIX and Linux platforms.
- Providing Basis support to large onshore/offshore development team
- Basis support for PI/PO to include creating technical/business systems and helping to troubleshoot interface connection issues for development project
- Applying SAP notes as needed to support implementation team
- Perform monitoring of SAP system migrations
- Participating in system copies / refresh

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work as a consultant and team lead to advice clients on the best practices related to Vistex and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) implementation.
- Design and Implement end-to end Vistex IP modules Rebates, Memberships, Bill backs, Chargebacks and Contracts and lead business blueprint sessions with SMEs, study as-is business processes.
- Deliver design/business blueprint document based on the business requirements captured, walk through Vistex standard business processes and document process gaps, delivered fit gap document with complete analysis.
- Conduct design sessions with SMEs, prototype new system to enhance business processes, operations and process flows Configure end-to-end commission’s business process using Vistex transactional IP model. Configure and change Agreement types, deployment code, period profiles, components, Sub components, Buckets, Business script formulas, accrual profiles and settlement profiles.
- Set up/configure approval workflows based on organization hierarchy. Work with business resources on testing requirements, develop testing strategy and Deliver test plan document. Prep go-live activities develop cutover planning document and provide hyper care support.
- Responsible for providing best practices on requirements gathering, business blueprint process designing and prototyping, configuration, testing end user training and defining support procedures.
- Configure various IP types, copy control routines, IP pricing procedure for commission and bonus business processes. Configure various bonus plans in Composite IP, deployment codes, deployment components, subcomponents, formula builder. Assist in the development of the cutover plan for SD.
- Configure the new relationship type in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Customer Portal application. Design the interface from external application to bring in the pricing agreements into SAP/Vistex.
- Customization and configuration of Order Management, Order Types, Contracts, Rebate Agreements, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Availability Check/Transfer of Requirements, Pricing, Copy Controls, Incompletion Procedure, Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Revenue Recognition, Account Determination and LIS.
- Progress monitoring of the project from a development and integration testing standpoint. Report to the higher management about important milestone achievement of the project. Provide training to super users and end user about newly implemented SAP system, to make them familiar with the new environment.
- Provide the support tools to the client for supporting the interfaces post go-live
