Strong communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills to handle business and technical teams
Knowledge and application of principles, concepts, and techniques related to business process design and IT systems development
Extensive participation in projects of high complexity or simultaneous participation in multiple projects of medium to high complexity in a leading role
Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels
Data migration from legacy to cloud based systems
Advanced know ledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Salesforce Certified administrator Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Concept for solutions
Configure Salesforce areas like workflows, formula fields, change sets etc
Ass ist functional leads by creating and maintaining objects, fields, field sets, record types, page layouts, permission sets, approval processes, user roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, workflows, and validation rules
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
Detail oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication and presentation skills for work in a collaborative
environment
Ability to create visual representation of Business Processes using swim lane diagrams, business process flows, data flows, functional breakdown structures etc
Responsibilities:
Client Support and Consulting: Provide consulting on Salesforce applications to the client to identify and
satisfy the business needs Analyze end-to-end business processes of moderate to high complexity and, information needs in one or more business functional areas
Understand the client's current and future business environment, effectively anticipate, identify and meet the business needs
Identify, propose and influence IT solutions to business problems; negotiate requirements and deliverables with the client
Evaluate and document alternatives that will provide the most effective solutions to business problems
Anticipate client concerns and questions, and provide timely and professional client-focused communications
Support end user training
Business Analysis:
Create detailed business requirements, design documentation (with user specifications, process documents, and
screen mockups, business use case) Contribute to design sessions with business to ensure all business problems are addressed and strategic
goals met Proactively resolve and/or escalate project issues
Create knowledge transfer documentation for end-users and administrators Train end-users
Troubleshoot customer questions and issues
Comply with SOX and other standard process requirements
Communicate IT processes to the business client
