Below is the brief Job Description
Role - Salesforce Release Manager
- Manage SFDC release processes, including CI/CD Define & implement a standardized deployment process that delivers patches, minor enhancements & major releases
- Manage all environments, including multiple sandboxes, scratch orgs & dev hubs
- Manage daily support of release processes
- Work with developers to co-ordinate resolution of merge conflicts, deployment errors & meet code coverage criteria
- Environment refreshes while ensuring integrity of sandbox(es).
- Facilitate release activities across all Salesforce development teams, ensuring easy and timely deployments across environments
- Set and manage consistent deployment schedules, accounting for any dependencies and risks along the way Identify issues and guide the completion of root cause analysis to ensure issues do not reoccur
- Good understanding of Source control systems (e.g. Github), Release Branching strategies using jenkins, CI CD pipelines for code movement across environments
Skill set requirement - Lightning, Lightning Web Component, Continuous Integration/ Continuous Development, SFDC Integrations, Jenkins, Git, Jira, SOAP, Rest API, APEX , Build & Release Management, Project Management, Customer Relationship, Agile management experience, Solution Design, Cost Estimation
The visibility on this position would be for a minimum of 6 months but might extend for up to a year or 2
