Manual  SFDC QA Analyst

   

Job Description:

Conduct software testing of Oracle applications, third-party software, in-house developed software, distributed client server and web-based products for dental insurance carrier. Work closely with Business Analysts, Development Team and Business Clients to develop test strategies and test plans. Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing for assigned projects, including review and regression test problem resolution. Analyze, define, and document issues and defects discovered during testing. Develop and execute test cases. Support production support team in troubleshooting and resolution of product issues. May be assigned to various projects utilizing skills.

Skills/Experience:

SkillsExtensive knowledge of Sales cloud on Salesforce - 6-8 yearsRequired Agile/Scrum team experience, supporting automation efforts working with Developers, Test case tracking/documentation/Experience working with Jira Tools/Plugins and processesPreferred - Good knowledge of Jenkins, API Testing, Java Script, REST and SOAP.Required Ability to Independently drive projects and outcomes, work with minimal requirements and those that frequently might changeStrong problem solving, critical thinking, organization and communications skillsMust be flexible to learn / adapt new coding language as requiredDevelop new utilities to support test automation needs.Work with Quality Engineering team by providing automation support.Team player, work with different teams in the organization in a seamless mannerMulti-tasking, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities at the same time
