Position: Salesforce Lead

Duration: 12+ Months
Job Description:
- Develop POC’s under the guidance of customer Salesforce SME/ Team Lead
- Work with the customer Salesforce SME / Team Lead to ensure that the technical specifications and code for all assigned developments comply with customer development standards and that all developments are tested successfully prior to releasing to production
- SFDC configuration and customization (leveraging apex triggers, apex classes & lightning components), including development of interfaces with SFDC based on customer designs, as applicable.
- Unit test developed code.
- Code migration from one instance to another within dev. box.
- Backup developed code components in case of planned/ scheduled Refresh Cycles.
- Coordinate with Release Manager on code repository, version control and build/ release to support continuous integration and continuous delivery of applications.
- Perform Data migration, as needed.
- Managing expectations and aligning goals from various parties involved in Salesforce implementation
- Voicing best practices as & where applicable
- Provide status report based on agreed frequency (weekly or monthly)
- Support application build, test, and deploy activities
