Job Description :
Salesforce Lead Developer Length: 12 months Location: Downers Grove, IL Description: The Salesforce Lead Developer is responsible for: Executing to company IT implementation methodology and mentoring other developers on best practices on project and support work Providing best practices and presenting additional opportunities to further leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Commerce Cloud via standard or custom solutions Working with Business Solution Managers and Business Users to develop technical solutions including design documents with process flow diagrams and use case definitions Participating in business requirements and design review sessions, assisting with both the estimation of development tasks and the technical design Tracking and fully documenting changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in knowledge transfer/training Providing strong testing and debugging skills at all levels, including unit, system, integration and performance testing Overseeing production support issues Required Qualifications 7+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce including Sales Cloud, and Force.com development Minimum of 4 years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I Certified Experience with web application design and analysis, design patterns and object orientated design Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, Sling, JMS, Junit, AOP, MVC, Eclipse Experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, CVS Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache Http, Spring tcServer, Solr, open source packages Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical audiences. Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with at least 3 years of related work experience.
