Performs solution design, technical analysis, design, configuration, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations
Applies deep knowledge of salesforce platform and best practices for implementation, utilizing the right design patterns
Prepares and creates detailed technical specifications (in alignment with Platform Architect) from which complex programs will be written or configured
Understands and leverage the Salesforce provided APIs for developing custom components and integration

Communicates and collaborates with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
