This will be a 12-month contract, to begin with, with the possibility of being extended. 
MUST HAVE SKILLS: Health Cloud, LWC, FSL, APEX, and heavy integration background.  Certs are preferred. 


Description:

Salesforce Developer who has a proven ability to code Apex and Lightning Web Components from scratch and has worked with Lightning components for over 1 year. The preferred candidate will be able to work in the Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects, workflows, triggers, the Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSQL, SOAP API, REST and web services. Looking for a candidate that can work in a team environment and execute challenging tasks in a timely fashion.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Health Cloud, and other areas as applicable.
  • Administer Salesforce configuration customizations, support data management, 3rd party AppExchange and custom integrations, business analysis needs, and supply technical documentation - all within an Agile framework, working closely with other Admins, developers and Product teams
  • Communicate with project lead(s) and business stakeholders regarding status, issues, and technical solutions.
  • Participate in requirements and solution design sessions with IT and functional owners to provide technical analysis and solution design expertise that align with companies current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team on solution design, development, testing, integrations and deployment.
  • Document technical specifications and other items identified to as part of SOX compliance.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
  • Define and enforce coding, deployment processes and best practices.
  • Oversee the technical health of the Salesforce instance (release schedules, change sets, number of calls to objects / triggers / flows / processes, unit and regression testing, etc.)
  • Provide estimation of effort for technical / development tasks.
  • Conduct new feature risk analyses and code reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by IT Director.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ year's Salesforce development experience.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques including: APEX, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, Javascript, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force Pages.
  • Experience with web-based technologies like HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and Communities.
  • Lightning experience (1+ year).
  • Deep understanding and experience of Salesforce's native declarative functions (Process Builder, Flow, Reports and Dashboards, Permissions, etc.).
  • Experience developing in a team environment utilizing version control systems such as GIT, or SVN.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication.
  • Ability to work with a team of Salesforce programming and declarative experts.
  • Experience with large-scale implementations, integrations, and orgs (150+ Users).
  • Experience Building/Modifying Customer Service Community Template.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
