  1. Experience and expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
  2. Experience with setting up FSL data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, etc)
  3. Ability to configure Service Rules and Objectives in support of Field Service business processes
  4. Salesforce Service Cloud foundational knowledge
  5. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
  6. Strong communication
