Role; Business Systems Analyst with Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience

Job Description:
1. Conducts day to day business analysis, requirements work related to the workstream
2. Has prior experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its Integration Points.
3. Has fundamental understanding of APIs and their usage
4. Should be well versed in writing user stories for overall system integration including Salesforce
5. Prior work experience with Banking for Salesforce will be a plus
6. Prior experience with record types in Salesforce and Opportunity workflow process
7. Some experience with Salesforce Sales cloud configuration experience and its limitation is a plus
8. Should have prior experience creating process flow diagrams
9. Should be well versed with Agile ways of working and maintain an Agile mindset while creating/documenting requirements.
10. Should be well versed with identifying personas and associated user stories
11. Good to have experience with Treasury Management Business to draft workflow between system
12. Should be an independent contributor, self started and a self learner with ability to speak and ask proactive questions as the project has tons of ambiguity.
