Job Description:
5+ years of experience in business analysis generating process documentation, running queries and reports.
Pref. Certification/Licensure: Scrum Master or related certification
ACP Agile Development with JIRA
PMP
Salesforce Admin/Consultant
Preferred Experience: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA is strongly preferred.
Experience in Salesforce CRM.
Experience working with user experience and product development teams.
