Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analyst Responsibilities:
· Experience working with business processes and documentation.
· Experience working as a business system analyst role. (Admin, Service Cloud and Community Cloud).
· Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
· Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
· Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a clients business requirement and fulfill user stories
· Complete the configuration for user stories within Salesforce, AppExchange products, or other cloud-based technologies
· Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the busine ss requirements
Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
· The candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
· Attend integration meetings with third party systems as needed for more complex solutions.
· Excellent communication.
· Establish a strong working relationship with the client(s).
· Strong presentation skills
Required Qualifications:
· Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience
· Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously in a consulting capacity
· Experience with Agile Processes
· Experience i n implementing Salesforce programs
· Strong written and interpersonal skills
· Properly prioritize simultaneously occurring tasks
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment
· Salesforce Certification
