Top Skill / Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
Must possess experience gathering requirements for configurations and determining how to achieve objectives
Must possess Salesforce Administrator Certification, Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud Certifications
Background or education in Computer Science or IT
Experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop solutions
Preferred:
Experience with Salesforce Communities is a plus
Knowledge of user experience design a plus
Experience in testing methodologies a plus
