Job Description:
· 1. Understands Salesforce architecture options, design trade-offs, and has the ability to communicate design choices based on Salesforce Best Practices. Be able to articulate through appropriate documentation and reports.
2. Must have understanding of Sales, Service, Community & marketing cloud.
3. Have performed platform discovery, health check consultancy projects in the past - at least one.
4. Be able to review Salesforce Design & Data model, customizations, data quality
5. Be able to analyze existing workflows, process builder processes & validation rules - Verify governor limits and Best practices
6. AppExchange apps usage (Total Apps, Not Passed in AppExchange, Not Used, Expired and Not upgraded), Development & deployment process analysis
7. Be able to analyze Data storage and file storage usage
8. Be able to review integrations design
9. Ability to guide on Salesforce data model and security aspects like OWD, Profiles and Roles and identify security vulnerabilities
9. Able to provide inputs on large data volume, performance tuning etc. for large business applications.
10. Focused on overall solution and provide inputs on connected pieces in the system.
11. Has held a technical architect role on multiple complex system design or has gained equivalent
knowledge through participation and exposure to these types of projects
12. Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and common tools and concepts used in Salesforce implementation.
13. Understands strategies to build an optimized and performant solution, able to understand licenses utilization and platform recommendations
14. Experience in one-way integration and bidirectional integration of AppExchange application with Salesforce.
15. Experience in System Integration using Web Services API – SOAP API, REST API.
